Today the Department of Awesome Natural Phenomena is enjoying these incredible photos of the Moscow skyline looking like a miniature city built on top of the clouds. These dreamy shots of Russia’s capital city dressed in a thick winter fog were taken by photographer Dmitry Chistoprudov from atop the 340 meter (1115 foot) tall Ostankino television tower.
