Nice photo blog. The layout is simple and beautiful. The best way to gain followers is threefold:

Follow and repost photos that mean something to you
Post often and post consistently (use the “add to queue” function if you have limited time and have heaps of photos you want to post)
Only share your absolute favourite photos with your other social networks. People who are amazed by one photo will click through for more, and when they see what they’re missing out on, they should follow.
